Do I need coding experience? +

Routine course and learner administration is designed for non-developers. Advanced customisation may require technical assistance.

Can I use my own branding? +

Branding options depend on the selected package and supported deployment capabilities. AION confirms these before activation.

Does AION take a percentage of my course sales? +

Under the proposed BUILD LMS subscription, AION charges a monthly platform fee rather than a percentage of sales from courses you own. Third-party fees may still apply.

Who owns the courses I upload? +

You retain ownership of your original course content, subject to the service agreement and any third-party rights.

Can I resell AION Academy courses? +

Not automatically. Reselling AION-owned courses requires a separate agreement under the AION Partner programme.

Can I upgrade my subscription? +

Upgrade and migration arrangements will be confirmed in the subscription agreement.

How soon can my academy launch? +

Launch timing depends on content readiness, configuration, integrations and deployment requirements. AION will confirm a realistic timeline after reviewing your needs.
